How long does it take to get an order done?

Generally, it takes 3-4 weeks. This timeline depends on how quickly the draft is approved and payment is received. We understand our items are often gifts and we do our best to get them to you as quickly as we can.

How to best care for my fire pit?

Maintenance tips:

1. Refresh the Finish: Use a hand sander to gently sand down your fire pit, then reapply high-heat black spray paint for a fresh, sleek look.

2. Protect During Use: Before lighting up, coat the outside of your fire pit with oil to help protect it from heat damage and maintain its shine.

3. Invest in a Cover: To extend the life of your fire pit, grab one of our durable fire pit covers. They’re designed to shield against the elements when not in use.

4. Winter Storage: For added longevity, bring your fire pit inside during winter to prevent damage from snow and ice.

Taking care of your fire pit means more cozy nights and beautiful gatherings!

Can I customize my sign/firepit if I don’t see a design I like?

YES! We love to do custom signs, railings, fire pits and even totally new projects. If you have an idea, feel free to reach out and we can help bring it to life.

Do you ship/deliver?

We do ship home decor and small/medium signs. At this time, we are unable to ship larger items like firepits, 3D animals and large signs.

We do deliver if you are unable to pick up. Our delivery fee is $75/hour round trip. Example: If you live 2 hours from our shop in Dixmont, ME the delivery fee would be $75 x 4 (hrs driving).
